Pace Systems

Pricing:

Pace Systems will evaluate and consider providing “not to exceed” project pricing on the premise that NU provides clear and concise information related to site conditions, scope of work, bill of materials, project specifications, and overall services required to achieve a given project objective. Site evaluations and surveys conducted by Pace alongside NU in addition to detailed project discovery are advised to more accurately achieve this objective. Orders of magnitude will also be considered when providing not to exceed numbers as well. Pace will provision accurate, “not to exceed” proposal based on the aforementioned information. Under certain circumstances, Pace will provide any credit back for the work performed where the total project cost is under the originally proposed price. Pace’s goal at all times is to provide an accurate proposals price based on the initial project discovery, specified design, and scope criteria as provided by NU, and/or as assessed by Pace and confirmed by NU.

Discounts:

Pricing discounts for equipment/peripherals will be extended to NU based on orders of magnitude, manufacturer published educational pricing, and NU partner pricing with qualifying and participating manufacturers. Pace provides NU very competitive pricing and intends to continue doing so. Pace is committed further to working with NU to achieving this objective.
