Full Service: 15% Food and Beverage
Kosher meals, rental equipment (chairs and tables), linens, florals and decor, and tenting are available. Rental markup is no more than 20%. Please note, vendor owns a wide range of equipment. It’s possible no mark-up will be added if using the vendor’s equipment.
Will provide BASSET trained servers and bartenders at any event for which alcohol has been provided by the caterer.
Setup/Cleanup: Setup at no charge. Cleanup at no charge for full service events. Pick-up of non-disposable items should be arranged with ordering department. Pick-up fees (when necessary) will be an additional charge.
Extras: Condiments, Plasticware, plates, napkins, cups, etc. at no charge.
Drop Off Delivery Fee: Evanston Campus $40, Chicago Campus $75.
- The driver will arrive 30 minutes prior to meal time to set up food and disposable serve ware. Once the food is set-up, the driver will leave. The end-user is then responsible for tear down and clean up.
Full Service Event with Culinary Staff Fee: As defined as an event where culinary and staff are required to be on-site. A refrigerated truck is then required at the event to hold food and supplies for the event.

How to Order:

Lead Times (minimum):
